Make Some Food Choices To Hear A Special Something

Pick a drink:

Pick a breakfast food:

Pick a snack:

Pick a dinner food:

Finally, pick a sweet food:

As much as it's ok to worry, there's no reason to fret over everything! Your a strong headed individual and your already pretty perfect. Don't let other people's thought hold you back!

Stop thinking of what others think of you!

Your past is what makes you a strong individual but there's no reason to always dwell on it. Life is tough, but never, ever dwell on those things if they make you feel sad or angry. It's always hard to hear but it does feel better when it's behind you completely.

Let the past go

Whether it's a confusing friendship, a troublesome relationship or a overall need to breath for a bit, don't forget your human and you care too, wayyyy more than others. Sometimes things can become overwhelming, and when that happens, remember that people know that others need a break sometimes. Take care!

Take a break from things!

Whether your worried or stressed out about something at the moment, you could be stressing over it because everything is going perfect at the moment. As cliche as it does sound, life is a river and you need to flow along with it. The little bumps in the road shape you, so never be afraid of it!
