I’m by no means a professional model maker, however what’s wonderful is you don’t have to be to assemble this or any Bandai kit; as I’ve done several now. Follow the instructions (shave or sand down the parts a bit if you want), and with a little patience you’ll be on your way. Also Bandai company designs their model kits to snap together snugly without any glue at all, and that holds true with 99.9% of the parts. On this particular kit, I found a side panel kept falling out so I added a dot of Tamiya glue to hold it in place. This AT-AT honestly looks like it came from the ILM studio in terms of detail and accuracy. You can leave as is, since Bandai conveniently injects their molds with color, leaving you with a soft shiny grey. Or you can give it some paint and weathering like I did, and really make it come alive. Promising review: "Lower in carbs and higher in protein, a 3.5 ounce serving can rival 4 ounces of cooked lean beef for protein, and even surpass it a little. Easy to cook – do not overcook, and do not let it sit without draining. It tastes a little beany/plain, but add spices, sauces, etc, and you can't taste that. Trust me, this is a great thing if you are celiac, (no gluten), vegan (and need protein in your diet) or both. A great way to add protein without noticing it. Pasta has a good mouth feel and when made properly, you can't tell it from durum semolina pasta. It is slightly less yellowish than wheat pasta, but not noticeable in general. It is also lower in carbs for a given serving versus wheat pasta. Overall, I depend on this product to help add protein to my diet, in a way you really can't notice. In the world of 'replacement foods' I've met over the last several years, this one really does deliver.
