Based on your answers, we recommend the Navigating Anxiety Module! 

Maybe you struggle with anxiety, or maybe you just wish to develop a deeper connection with yourself and others. Either way, you’re conscientious about your mental health, and you want to learn some tools to help you move through your anxieties and fears. You want to be able to enjoy social interactions and be in the state of mind and body to connect with and contribute to your larger community.

The Navigating Anxiety Module is made up of six 30 minute sessions taken at 1 week intervals, with daily skill development reflections. This module will teach you about anxiety through a Cognitive Behaviour Theory model, and you will learn how to move through your anxieties and fears, change automatic negative thoughts, and let go of self-defeating beliefs that are the source of your anxieties and worries.

Navigating Anxiety (Mental Health)

Based on your answers, we recommend the Consciously Creating Wellness Module!

You’re looking for ways to meaningfully take charge of your life. You have goals, but you’re not sure if you have the power to make them happen. You want to have a successful, meaningful life, and are looking for tools to help you achieve your goals.

The Consciously Creating Wellness Module is made up of 7 lessons, with activities including reflecting, journaling, creating goals, taking action of choice. This module will guide you in examining the difference between conscious and unconscious decision making and the effects these have on your well being.

Consciously Creating Wellness (All)

Based on your answers, we recommend the Implementing Zero Waste Lifestyle module! 

You’re conscientious of the state of the environment, and are maybe feeling a bit overwhelmed and hopeless. You want to do your part, but aren’t sure where to start, or maybe the eco-friendly techniques you’ve already worked into your daily routine are going great (or not!) and now you’re interested in learning more ways to care for Earth.

The Implementing Zero Waste Lifestyle module is made up of five 45 minute sessions taken at 1 week intervals, with daily skill development reflections. With this module, you’ll learn how to foster a zero waste lifestyle, and identify and pursue your own zero waste plan.

Implementing Zero Waste Strategies (Nature)

Based on your answers, we recommend the Relationship Wellbeing - Adult Module!

You know that relationships aren’t easy, especially when that relationship is with yourself. We aren’t always taught how to deal with our own and others’ emotions, and now you want to learn how to create healthy and rewarding relationships. You want to discover and optimize your strengths, and then use them to develop a deeper connection with yourself and others.

The Relationship Wellbeing - Adult Module is made up of twelve 1 hour sessions taken at 1 week intervals, with daily, 10-minute skill development reflections. In this module, you’ll learn basic relationship skills and create new behaviors that will open up the possibilities for you and those around you so you can be successful and live your best life!

Relationship Wellbeing Adult (Relationships)

Life is hard, and we all know it. Even with all the wonderful things that humanity has accomplished, depression and loneliness are prevalent in modern society. Despite this, you feel that a satisfying and rewarding life is possible, and you want to learn the skills that will help you thrive by creating practices that promote wellbeing in your life.

The Happiness 101 Module is made up of eight 1 hour sessions taken at 1 week intervals, with daily skill development reflections. In this module, you learn about the science of wellbeing, positive psychology, and how to create a satisfying and rewarding life.
