Waffle Fry Mozzarella Bite Sliders

YOU’LL NEED:

Farm Rich mozzarella bites

1 bag frozen waffle fries

1 pound ground beef

2 teaspoons yellow mustard

Garlic salt

Salt and pepper

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

½ cup cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced

Pickles and lettuce, for serving

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Bake mozzarella bites for 10 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF.

Bake waffle fries according to package directions. When done, pick 16 large, round waffles to use as buns.

In a medium bowl, mix ground beef and yellow mustard. Season to taste with garlic salt, salt, and pepper and stir. Form mixture into small patties and gently press one mozzarella bite into the center of each one. Meanwhile, heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook for 3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.

Assemble your sliders: Place a cooked patty on top of a single waffle fry and garnish with tomato, pickles, and lettuce. Top with another waffle fry and serve during the first commercial.

Mozzarella Bite Tater Tot Cups

YOU’LL NEED:

Farm Rich mozzarella bites

2 cups frozen tater tots

1 cup cooked bacon, chopped

Sliced green onions for garnish (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Bake mozzarella bites for 10 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF. Then lower heat to 350 and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.

Fill each muffin tin with three tater tots and bake 18 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and heat the broiler. While the tots are warm, flatten them in the tin, covering the middle and sides of each tin. Press in a cooked mozzarella bite and bacon, then broil for 1 to 2 minutes. Let cool completely, then use a spoon to remove from muffin tins. Garnish with green onions. Then let hungry guests at ’em!

Mozzarella Stick–Topped Potato Wedges

YOU’LL NEED:

Farm Rich mozzarella sticks

3 russet potatoes

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning

Kosher salt

Black pepper

4 slices bacon

¼ cup finely chopped chives

Ranch dressing for serving

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Bake mozzarella bites for 10 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF.

Slice each potato in half, then hollow out centers. Add to baking sheet and top with olive oil, ranch seasoning, and salt and pepper. Toss until coated, then flip skin-side up. Top with 2 mozzarella bites and bake until golden and crispy.

Fry bacon over medium heat until crispy. Drain slices, then crumble. Garnish the wedges with chives and bacon, and serve with plenty of ranch dressing for trophy-worthy dipping.

Mozzarella Bite Jalapeño Popper Cornbread Muffins

YOU’LL NEED:

Farm Rich mozzarella bites

1 box cornbread mix

1 can creamed corn

1 cup sour cream

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Bake mozzarella bites for 10 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF.

Bring oven up to 400ºF. Grease a standard muffin tin and set aside. Follow the instructions for the cornbread mix. Then mix in creamed corn and sour cream and add cheddar and diced jalapeño.

Fill each muffin tin ¾ full; add 1 mozzarella bite to the center of each and cover with muffin batter. Top each with a whole jalapeño slice. Bake 16 to 19 minutes. Serve as a cheesy surprise!

Buffalo Chicken and Mozzarella Stick Taquitos

YOU’LL NEED:

Farm Rich mozzarella sticks

2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

½ cup ranch dressing

¼ cup buffalo sauce

Kosher salt

Ground pepper

10 soft corn tortillas

Vegetable oil

¼ cup sliced scallions (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Bake mozzarella sticks for 10 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF.

In a medium bowl, add chicken, cream cheese, ¼ cup ranch, and ¼ cup buffalo sauce. Stir until well combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Heat corn tortillas until warm through. One at a time, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of buffalo chicken filling to the lower third of each tortilla. Top that with 2 mozzarella sticks. Roll up tightly and set on a plate seam-side down. Meanwhile, fill a skillet about ¼-inch deep with vegetable oil and set over medium heat. When oil is hot, add the taquitos seam-side down. Cook the taquitos for 5 to 8 minutes, turning throughout. Drain on paper towels.

Mix together remaining ranch dressing and buffalo sauce. Drizzle over warm taquitos and sprinkle scallions on top. Use remaining mixture as a dipping sauce, and eat as many as your heart desires.

Meat and Veggie Mozzarella Stick Calzones

YOU’LL NEED:

Farm Rich mozzarella sticks

8 ounces ground beef or turkey

1 zucchini

1 can pizza sauce

1 tablespoon basil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tube biscuit dough

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Bake mozzarella sticks for 10 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF.

Sauté ground beef or turkey until cooked through. Clean, dice, and sauté zucchini. In a mixing bowl, combine pizza sauce, beef/turkey, zucchini*, garlic powder, basil, and pinches of salt and pepper.

Preheat oven per biscuit dough baking instructions. On a nonstick pan, place a mozzarella stick and a spoonful of sauce on flattened dough and fold over into a half-moon shape. Bake 8 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve and enjoy — it must be halftime by now, right?

*For vegetarian option, add only zucchini.

Mozzarella Bite Pretzel Bombs

YOU’LL NEED:

Farm Rich mozzarella bites

6 slices bacon

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

¼ finely chopped chives

Kosher salt

Black pepper

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

⅓ cup baking soda

Egg wash

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Bake mozzarella bites for 10 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF.

In addition, line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels, then chop. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, bacon, and chives. Mix until combined and season with salt and pepper.

Flatten each biscuit round to about ¼ inch thickness. Top each round of dough with 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture, then top that with 2 mozzarella bites. Bring the edges of the dough together and pinch to seal.

Add baking soda to a shallow bowl filled with 3 cups warm water. Whisk until the baking soda is dissolved. Dip each bomb into the solution and toss gently until evenly coated. Place in baking dish, seam-side down. Make an “X” in the top of each bomb, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle with salt. Bake about 15 minutes, and serve warm and gooey.

Pull-Apart Mozzarella Bite Bread

YOU’LL NEED:
Farm Rich mozzarella bites

1 pound cold pizza dough

Nonstick cooking spray

½ stick butter

1 ounce Parmesan cheese

4 chopped garlic cloves

1 chopped shallot (optional)

¼ cup parsley (optional)

Marinara sauce, for dipping

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Bake mozzarella bites for 10 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF.

Cut pizza dough into 1-inch sections, flatten, add parmesan cheese, shallots, and herbs, then wrap dough around mozzarella bite. Grease a circular pan with nonstick cooking spray. Line pan with dough-wrapped mozzarella bites. Melt butter and brush over the exposed dough. Combine shredded cheese, shallots, garlic, and parsley in medium mixing bowl and evenly disperse on top of pan.

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Let sit for 5 minutes and serve with marinara sauce like a champ.

Mozzarella Tailgate Breakfast Bake

YOU’LL NEED:

Farm Rich mozzarella sticks

½ cup chopped red pepper

½ cup chopped green pepper

½ cup chopped orange pepper

½ cup chopped onions

10 ounces ground sausage

12 eggs

1 can biscuit dough

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Bake mozzarella sticks for 10 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF. Sauté peppers, onions, and sausage until brown. Whisk eggs in large mixing bowl, and add cooked peppers, onions, and sausage.

Line a nonstick cooking pan with biscuit dough and mozzarella sticks, pour egg mixture over, and top with cheddar cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until egg mixture is cooked. Devour.

Veggie Mozzarella Bite Kebabs

YOU’LL NEED:

Farm Rich mozzarella bites

16 ounces whole mushrooms

2 zucchinis

2 yellow squash zucchinis

4 medium tomatoes

Medium-length skewers

Cooking spray

¾ teaspoon garlic powder

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Bake mozzarella bites for 10 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF.

Clean and chop mushrooms, zucchini, and tomatoes. In varying arrangement, slide mozzarella bites, mushrooms, zucchini, and tomatoes onto skewers. Place skewers on nonstick pan, spray, and evenly sprinkle garlic and onion powders. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve triumphantly!

Bacon Cup Mozzarella Bites

YOU’LL NEED:

Farm Rich mozzarella bites

12 ounces bacon

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Bake mozzarella bites for 10 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF. Line sides and bottom of nonstick cupcake pan with precooked bacon and place mozzarella bite in the center. Bake for 10 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes, then place on paper towel for excess grease. Serve with a complimentary end-zone dance.
