There was this moment in Season 1, when she responded to Mercedes and Kurt's suggestion that the glee club do something other than show tunes with a racist comment.

And other instances like when she sent Sunshine Corazón to a crack house to keep her from joining the glee club and taking her solos.

Not to mention when she assumed Sunshine didn't speak English because Sunshine was Filipino.

Her bratty and selfish behavior even threatened her career, like when she flew to Los Angeles to audition for a pilot (after she was told she wasn't allowed), leading her to miss a performance as the lead in Funny Girl because she decided she was too big for Broadway after all.

Mind you, this was after she quit college to concentrate on Funny Girl. This role was her DREAM, and she got bored of it after a month.
