    Veggies And Fish, 10 Foods You Want On Your Dish!

    Am obsessed with food! Love eating vegetarian dishes and learning how to create them. Some great recipes here for Family Day or any day!

    1. Arugala Salad! Just can't get enough! Perfect start to your family meal.

    2. Oh, how I love you Creamy Spinach and Mushroom Lasagna. This dish is so delicious and will make you want to eat the whole pan! (or I guess you could share it with your family)

    3. Have been in a relationship with Antojitos for 16 years now. I I taught myself how to recreate this dish that I first tried at Kelsey's all those years ago. They are great for parties or a family get-together.

    4. Eggplant Parmesan has become one of my favorite dishes. I haven't mastered cooking with eggplant but it doesn't seem to matter because even if it doesn't look perfect it tastes incredible! Family delight!

    5. I went gluten free for a while and found that it was pretty fun trying to create recipes. Found Noodle-less Zucchini Lasagna to be my favorite gluten free dish. It was so delicious and filling! I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!

    6. Vegetarian Lentil Soup with Dumplings! So amazing! I was first introduced to this soup 12 years ago. Have loved it ever since and create my own version of it often. The family will ask for seconds on this one.

    7. Spice up Family Day with Mixed Vegetable Kurma with Roti! This is my go to dish when I don't want to cook. I have not mastered the art of Indian cooking just yet. But I found a great place close by where I can pick it up.

    8. Ackee and Saltfish with Provisions. This is my go to dish after a hard work out at the gym or a late family breakfast. This dish will fill you up for the day!

    9. Burritos! I have to eat at least one Veggie Burrito a week or I feel like I'm missing something. Super fun creating this dish with the kids (or you big kids at heart).

    10. Fish Tacos! Super excited just saying those words. I search all over to try everyone's version of Fish Tacos. I learned that I prefer it this way, Baja style. Pan fried vs Deep fried, Pan fried is better in my books, it lets you taste the fish without all the grease. Healthy and fun family meal, that satisfies your taste buds.
