Hey Teachers, What Do You Want Betsy DeVos To Know?

Thoughts, hopes, fears... or any other nouns that come to mind.

For those who don't know, this is Betsy DeVos, President Trump's pick to be the next Secretary of Education.

DeVos's nomination was just approved by a Senate committee, and her next step will be to clear a full senate vote.

Prior to this nomination, DeVos has been best known for pushing to expand private school vouchers and charter schools in Michigan.

And while many in the senate support a DeVos nomination...

DeVos has come under fire for ducking several questions around education. Like, how she'd address issues of campus rape, how to protect the rights of students with disabilities, and whether or not she felt guns had a place in schools, among other things.
