Everyone knows March Madness starts at the University of Dayton Arena with the First Four, but the University is also known for many other first four rankings beyond basketball.

1. The University of Dayton is the first university to have a human rights program.

5. With an 83 percent average acceptance rate for our students into graduate programs, UD’s pre-physical therapy program is third in the nation among schools with at least 20 applicants.

The national average is 50 percent for the students who entered doctoral programs last fall.
