Should BuzzFeed Hire Emma Griffin?

She has been making videos since her sophomore year of high school and is in a club at MSU where she works with others to create a variety of different types of Youtube videos.

True

Emma has had past video production experience which includes producing, writing, directing and editing.

She has a lot of experience with Premiere Pro CC and has worked with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Audition as well.

Emma has experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

Although she has not yet taken any lighting or audio specific classes, she has used a lot of the equipment on sets and is eager to learn more.

Emma has had experience with cameras, audio and lighting equipment.

She has helped produce many videos for Youtube that reach a wide audience.

Emma is part of a video production club at MSU which has given her a lot of experience creating viral media.

She has worked on many different sets including one for a feature length film that was shown at the Traverse City Film Festival in 2017.

She loves going to new places and learning about life through new experiences. She is minoring in French in hopes that she will one day be fluent and be able to spend time in a french speaking country where she can learn more about different cultures and ideas.

Emma is an openminded individual who loves to travel and try new things.

She has collaborated with others on many different projects and has been able to develop her communication skills. She is also a quick learner who takes direction easily.

Emma is good at working with others to accomplish the task at hand.

She has learned a lot in her first two years of college, but knows that there is still so much more to learn. She wants to step out of her comfort zone and continue to grow.

Emma is eager to learn even more about video production.

She has been watching BuzzFeed videos for years and loves the style and content. She would love to work in work in a positive and fun environment like the one BuzzFeed offers, while learning what it takes to create viral content.
