Chrissy Teigen Opened Up About The Moment She Realised She Had Postpartum Depression

"People around me started telling me they saw distinct changes in my personality."

You probably know that Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are parents to two completely adorable children — Luna, 3, and Miles, who turns 1 this month.

Back in 2017, Chrissy made the decision to speak out about the postpartum depression she'd been experiencing in private since giving birth to Luna.

Chrissy went on to explain that after being formally diagnosed with postpartum depression and starting treatment, she felt the need to speak publicly about her experience in the hopes of helping others.

Well, Chrissy has now opened up about her experience some more, revealing that for a long time she assumed she just had the "baby blues."

In fact, she went on to explain that it actually took for friends to point out the differences in her personality before she realised something was wrong.

Chrissy also praised John for being her "strength" during the difficult period, adding that she now feels prepared should she ever experience the condition again in the future.
