This show is so funny and relatable in many ways. I rewatch this show all the time because the characters just make me laugh. It is not a show that you have to pay such close attention to which is why I love it. This show is about a girl Jess who moved into an apartment with three random guys. The antics of their different personalities and intertwined lives of these BFF's will make you smile!!

2. Pretty Little Liars

Opposite of the last show, Pretty Little Liars needs a lot of attention to watch. I think it was one of the best shows I have seen on Netflix. There are so many twists and turns and unexpected things that keep you on the edge of your seat. Pretty Little Liars is about a group of girls in high school who's "leader" disappears. They are on a hunt to find her and what happened. It's actually creepy with all the unknowns and plot twists. I loved it so much that I was glad it was on Netflix because i couldn't wait for the next scene, nevertheless the next episode. Sadly this show has come to an end and is no longer on Netflix.

3. Stranger Things

Stranger Things is a Netflix original and is also one of the best sci-fi horror shows I have seen. Before this show, you would never hear me talk about sci-fi or horror shows because I was scared. It is a really interesting show and keeps you on your toes. It is considered a science fiction horror mystery thriller but there are also parts in the show that make you laugh. This show, too, is about a group of kids who's friend suddenly disappears, actually people just keep disappearing. There is also supernatural things that are going on all over town for some weird reason. The upside down is some where you never want to go! I can't wait for season 4 to come on Netflix!

4. Jane the Virgin

Jane the Virgin starts off so innocent and cute where Jane is in a happy relationship and happy with life. This is another show that keeps you interested and on your toes. It is a story that is shown but also narrated. The creators are copying the idea of having a telenovela show. Some people find it irritating to listen to a narrator when they are watching a show, but I really enjoyed it. It switches from Janes nice little life to an interesting show where there is murder, crime, drug lords, relationship drama. The drama starts when Jane suddenly gets pregnant even though she has never had sex! The ending will leave you hanging and then the screen goes black! When are they going to show me the cliffhanger ending?

5. Gilmore Girls

This show is my go to. I am always watching this show. It is such a mindless show with a little bit of drama and comedy. This show is about Lorelai and her daughter and the small town they live in in Connecticut. This show sounds really boring but you get really interested in their simple lives. Theres some drama in the town, their family and Rorys relationships.

6. Emily In Paris

This is a new Netflix original series that came out in October 2020. I thought this show was so good. Emily In Paris is about an American girl from Chicago who went to Paris to give an Americans point of view on a French marketing firm. At first, she wasn't going but her boss unexpectedly got pregnant and couldn't go to Paris. There is romance, drama and comedy in this show. When she went to Paris she didn't fit in at first but she tried to make the best of it. She stated a blog called #emilyinparis that blew up and everyone knew who she was. Her blog was just about her life in Paris, the things she did, saw and people she met. I also cant wait for this show to make their second season.

7. Dead To Me

This is also a Netflix original show that is relatively new. It is considered to be a dark comedy show. There is a lot of mystery about the murder of the main character Jen's husband. Just by the first episode of the show, I was hooked by the death of her husband and couldn't wait to see who did it. There were many twist in the show that you won't expect. I couldn't wait for season two to come out. Once it was out, I binged watched it. This is definitely not a laugh out loud comedy but makes us look at morbid issues easier. The comedy in this show was hidden in the dialogue. Sadly, this show only got renewed for one more season.

You is another Netflix original and it is a psychological thriller. In season 1, the main character Joe falls in love with a girl who came into the bookstore where he worked. He becomes a extremely obsessed and delusional about her and starts to stalk her. Did you ever have a significant other who was obsesses with you? Very creepy! Season two brings more creepiness and stalking that you will want to watch!

9. Outer Banks

This action adventure show was a summer quarantine hit. Everyone watched this show and started dressing like the characters. These kids in the show are on a quest to find out what happened to the main character, John B's missing father. There is the Pogues and Kooks, the blue collar locals and the wealthy summer home owners living on the island of the Outer Banks, North Carolina. The Pogues and the Kooks have a feud against each other. The Kooks are out to get the Pogues in trouble even if they didn't do anything wrong. They blame everything on the Pogues. Watch to see if the different classes can work together to help each other solve the mystery.

10. Virgin River

This romantic drama Netflix original show. This main character Mel moves to this remote town in Northern California to restart her life and leave painful memories behind. Mels painful memories are unknown for a while and are only shown in parts through flashbacks. She is very secretive at first when she moves here but gets close with the locals. She becomes friends with the bar owner Jack and starts to tell him about her past. We still don't know the whole story of her past yet. I can't wait to see what happens next!

Everyone knows this show and you either hate it or love it. I love this show. I think it is funny and a mindless show. This show is about a group of people in their 20's and 30's and their lives and relationship problems. They are finding their way through these years with help and support from each other. It is a funny show and you can find at least one character to relate to. There is someone in the show who you know in your own life. This is what makes it so relatable.

12. Riverdale

Riverdale the 2017 tv show based on the Archie Comics, although I never read the comics. It follows the life of Archie, Jughead, Betty and Veronica, 4 best friends and their high school years together. They live in a small town where everyone knows everyone else business. The parents even grew up together. There is drama, crime and mystery through the whole show that the group of teen is investigating. Some of the characters families and jobs are a little exaggerated, which makes it more interesting to watch.

13. The Blacklist

The Blacklist is a crime thriller tv show that follows Raymond "Red" Reddington who was a former US Navy officer. He turned into a high profile criminal who voluntarily gives himself away to the FBI. He has reasons as to why he did that and they start to work together because Red knows things the FBI doesn't. This show is not a true crime show but I have a feeling that some of the cases come close to actual events that the FBI faces. The intrigue of the how the government works and the methods they use to solve crimes and catch criminals is exciting and exhausting. This is another show where I am happy they don't have commercials because I can't wait to see the next episode.
