We Have The Perfect Confidence Booster Based On How Many Of These Things You’ve Done In A Week

Check everything you've done at least once over the last seven days:

There's room for improvement here, and that's totally okay because self-confidence is a journey! One of the best ways to learn and remember things is by writing them down, so try writing self-affirmations on sticky notes and posting them in your living space. There's nothing like reading “Hello gorgeous” on the bathroom mirror as you're styling your hair or “You’re perfect just the way you are” on the fridge door right before you grab a snack. Going about your day and finding little love notes to yourself is a sure way to remind yourself how awesome you are!

Write yourself a message!

You did pretty well, but there's no such thing as too much positivity so let's do even better. Think about how you talk about and critique yourself, inside and out, in front of others and when you're alone. Every time you find yourself getting an itch to say something like "Ugh, I hate how I look in these jeans" or "I'm not smart," turn those negatives into positives. For example, "I can wear any and everything because my body is beautiful"; "There's literally no other mind like mine in the entire universe, so I bring a perspective nobody else can"; and "I'm grateful for my hair and how its texture tells my story." Let's get in the habit of speaking well of ourselves.

Only speak well of yourself out loud!

Someone's been showing themselves some love and care, and we're here for it! Keep up the good work by simply being kind and gentle to yourself. When you're doing your skincare or trying on an outfit, smile at yourself in the mirror and focus on at least one thing that you like about yourself. You smile at others to show kindness and warmth, so do the same for yourself! Maybe it's your curves or your legs or your eyes. Whatever it is, take some time to focus on it and celebrate it.
