To quote Mark Twain, “The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.”
For some people, finding their purpose comes pretty naturally, while it may take others time to discover the vocation that speaks to them. Either way, it's always a unique and rewarding journey getting there.
Maybe trying out a new hobby randomly revealed to you that you were meant for the career path you've since chosen.
You could have first pursued one profession, then changed your mind once you realized it wasn't really compatible with your talents.
Or perhaps you knew from a young age you would follow in the footsteps of someone in your family who did work that you also love.
Recognizing your passion could have occurred in a single moment, or maybe it was something you felt after working in a career field over a lengthier period of time.
And although it's possible that your purpose is directly tied to your career, it potentially can be a really fun hobby you just explore in your spare time.
