EXFOLIATING COCOA-NUT COFFEE FACE MASK

MATERIALS

1 tablespoon coffee grounds

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 tablespoon coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS

1.Mix ingredients together in a small bowl until consistency is smooth.

2.Put mask on clean face and let sit for 15 minutes.

3.Rinse off thoroughly and pat dry with a clean towel.

2.Put mask on clean face and let sit for 15 minutes.

3.Rinse off thoroughly and pat dry with a clean towel.

2. Mermaid Bath Bombs

Materials

1 Cup Baking Soda

1/2 Cup Citric Acid

1/2 Cup Cornstarch

1/2 Cup Epsom Salt

3 tsp. Coconut Oil

1 1/2 tsp. Ocean Breeze Essential Oil

Soap Dye

Instructions

1. Combine baking soda, citric acid, cornstarch, and epsom salt in a bowl and mix.

2. Divide dry mix into 3 bowls

3. In 3 small bowls, add 1tsp of coconut oil, 1/2 tsp of ocean breeze essential oil, and soap dye to each bowl. Mix together.

4. Add small bowls to dry bowls and mix.

5. Put layer of each mix in mold of choosing.

6. Refrigerate for one hour.

7. Enjoy!

3. DIY Lotion Bar

Lavendar Soap Bar

Materials

1 Cup Coconut Oil

1 1/2 Cups Beeswax

Lavender Essential Oil

Lavendar Buds (optional)

Instructions

1. Place pan on medium heat.

2. Add coconut oil and beeswax. Stir until melted.

3. Add lavender essential oil to the mixture.

4. Add lavender buds for decoration (optional).

5. Place mixture in mold.

6. Let cool or refrigerate for 10 minutes.

7. Enjoy!

Materials

1 Cup Coconut Oil

1 1/2 Cups Beeswax

3/4 Cup Cocoa Butter

Cocoa Powder (optional)

Instructions

1. Place pan on medium heat.

2. Add coconut oil, beeswax, and cocoa butter. Stir until melted.

3. Add cocoa powder for decoration (optional).

4. Place mixture in mold.

5. Let cool or refrigerate for 10 minutes.

1/2 Cup Shea Butter

1 1/2 Cups Beeswax

Rose or Geranium Essential Oil

Rose Pedals (optional)

3. Add rose or geranium essential oil to the mixture.

CALMING ITCHY SCALP HAIR MASK
INGREDIENTS

½ cup coconut oil, solid

¼ cup brown sugar

30 drops tea tree oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the coconut oil, brown sugar, and tea tree oil to a mixing bowl.

Stir until well combined.

Apply mixture to wet or dry hair making sure to exfoliate scalp by massaging in circles.

Allow to sit for at least 20 minutes.

Rinse well with warm water.

Store excess in fridge for up to a week.

NOURISHING DRY HAIR MASK

INGREDIENTS

⅓ cup coconut milk

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 avocado, chopped

1 tablespoon honey

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the coconut milk, olive oil, avocado, and honey into a high-speed blender.

Blend until smooth.

Apply mixture to wet or dry hair and cover with a shower cap.

Allow to sit for at least 20 minutes.

Rinse well with warm water.

Store excess in fridge for up to a week.
