6 Times Celebrities Have Been Caught Lying On Social Media

Bow Wow, formerly known as Lil' Bow Wow, has sparked off a social media challenge after he got caught fake stunting on Instagram.

    Stuntin' is Habit

This isn't the first time celebrities have gotten caught in their discrepancies thanks to social media. So, why don't we take a trip down memory for six hilarious times celebrities have been caught in their lies through social media.

Yesterday, model Bella Hadid was called out online for pictures on her Instagram that showed a derrier quite different from how she looked at the Met Gala a few days prior.

    Trouble in Cabo

Fans accused Hadid of using photoshop and plastic surgery in the comments.

    Piemaker Khloe

In one the most famous incidents to hit social media Khloe Kardashian posted a picture to Instagram last November for a set of pies she claimed she baked all on her own.

    A Furry Little Lie

Last March, Bella Thorne came under fire after posting a photo of herself wearing a jacket made with faux fur.

Activists quickly pointed out that the starlet was in fact wearing a $1,700 Alice and Olivia jacket made from genuine rabbit and fox fur.

    Time Traveler Ivanka

As presidential candidates were waiting to hear the final tally for electoral votes, Ivanka shared a photo of herself in her Manhattan apartment, writing: "Date night with my love!" on September 14.

Err, except she was also at her father's presidential debate that night as well to support his candidacy.

    Oops, Brit Did It Again

"It's honestly too good to be true," Britney wrote on Instagram alongside this pic of grilled corn. Sure enough it was as one Twitter user pointed out that this picture had come from Food Network's website from a dish made by chef Tyler Florence recipe.

Not to mention this photo is one of the first Google Image Search results for "Mexican grilled corn."

Maybe she was taking credit, maybe she wasn't.
