    Faux-jito

    Serving: 1

    INGREDIENTS

    1 sprig mint leaves

    3 lime slices

    1 tablespoon agave nectar or honey

    Ice

    6 ounces soda water or seltzer water

    PREPARATION

    1. Add mint leaves and lime to a tall glass.

    2. Using a muddler or a spoon, mash the lime and mint well.

    3. Add sweetener, ice, and soda water. Stir to combine.

    4. Garnish with lime and mint. Enjoy

    Mint Berry Smash

    Serving: 1

    INGREDIENTS

    Handful of raspberries

    Handful of blueberries

    1 sprig fresh mint leaves

    1 ounce lime juice

    1 tablespoon agave nectar or honey

    Ice

    Splash soda water or seltzer water

    PREPARATION

    1. In a cocktail shaker, or a tall glass, muddle raspberries, blueberries, and mint.

    2. Add lime juice, sweetener, and ice, and shake until well combined. If you do not have a cocktail shaker, simply pour back and forth between two glasses until combined.

    3. Strain mixture over ice and top with a splash of soda water.

    4. Garnish with berries and mint. Enjoy!

    Strawberry Coconut Cooler

    Servings: 2

    INGREDIENTS

    1 cup strawberries, sliced

    ½ cup cucumber, sliced

    Ice

    1 cup coconut water

    PREPARATION

    1. Add strawberries, cucumber, ice, and coconut water to a blender and blend until well combined.

    2. Pour into a glass and garnish with a cucumber slice.

    3. Enjoy!

    Roseberry Mule

    Serving: 1

    INGREDIENTS

    Handful of blackberries

    1 sprig rosemary

    1 ounce lime juice

    1 tablespoon agave nectar or honey

    Ginger beer, to taste

    Ice

    PREPARATION

    1. In a cocktail shaker or a tall glass, muddle blackberries and rosemary.

    2. Add lime juice, sweetener, and ice, and shake until well combined. (If you do not have a cocktail shaker, simply pour back and forth between two glasses until combined.)

    3. Strain mixture over ice and add ginger beer to taste.

    4. Garnish with blackberries and a sprig of rosemary. Enjoy!
