    Mac ‘N’ ”Cheese”

    INGREDIENTS

    2 tablespoons butter or butter substitute

    ½ medium yellow onion, diced

    1 tablespoon flour

    Salt, to taste

    Pepper, to taste

    1 teaspoon garlic powder

    ½ teaspoon paprika

    1 cup milk or unsweetened nut milk

    ½ cup nutritional yeast

    2 cups dry elbow pasta, prepared

    PREPARATION

    1. In a large pot over medium heat, add butter and allow to melt. Once melted, add onion and cook until soft.

    2. Add flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, and stir until combined.

    3. Slowly add in milk, whisking as you pour. Cook for 3-5 minutes, whisking frequently until thickened.

    4. Add nutritional yeast and whisk to combine.

    5. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and combine well, adding a little more milk if necessary to reach desired creaminess.

    6. Serve and enjoy!

    Popcorn Seasoning

    INGREDIENTS

    1 bag popcorn, prepared

    2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

    PREPARATION

    1. Sprinkle nutritional yeast over prepared popcorn.

    2. Enjoy!

    Salad Dressing

    INGREDIENTS

    ½ cup olive oil

    ½ cup apple cider vinegar

    3 cloves minced garlic

    ½ tablespoon salt

    1 teaspoon pepper

    3 tablespoons nutritional yeast

    PREPARATION

    1. Add all ingredients into a mason jar or serving container. Secure lid and shake well to combine.

    2. Serve over your favorite salad and enjoy!

    “Noocho” Cheese Dip

    INGREDIENTS

    2 large potatoes, peeled, cut into 1-inch chunks and boiled

    2 large carrots, peeled, cut into 1-inch chunks and boiled

    ⅓ cup olive oil

    ⅓ cup water

    2 tablespoons lemon juice

    1 teaspoons salt

    1 teaspoon pepper

    1 teaspoon garlic powder

    ½ cup nutritional yeast

    PREPARATION

    1. In a blender or food processor, add boiled potatoes, carrots, olive oil, water, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and nutritional yeast. Blend until smooth, adding more liquid as necessary to reach desired consistency.

    2. Serve immediately with chips or raw veggies and enjoy!
