
Ingredients
Simple Syrup
6 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons water
Frozen Peach Lemonade
1 pound frozen peaches
3 ounces Crown Royal Peach
1⁄2 cup lemon juice
Simple syrup
Mint sprigs, for garnish
Preparation
1. Simple syrup: Combine sugar and water in a small pot over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then let simmer for 5–10 minutes until reduced. Remove from heat. Cool completely.
2. In a blender, combine frozen peaches, Crown Royal Peach, lemon juice, and cooled simple syrup. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint sprigs.
