After break up try to relax your mind instead of thinking about your past. A trip with your friend outdoor surely relax you mind and body. 2 years ago when i brock up because of some reason i do the same and feel more comfortable. If you always feel worried by start thinking your lover then i am sure that you will not able forget your ex.

5. Do Mediation & Yoga :-

You might feel little weird to hear this but it works. Mediation Helps us to mentally and physically. I am telling all these things because i  have already applied on this myself.
