South Korean boyband Bangtan Sonyeondan (BTS) has certainly made a name for themselves in the K-Pop sphere. And in the last few years, these seven members have taken the international market by storm with their amazing music.
It's not hard to figure out why fans love them so much.
With their last two released albums, 'WINGS' and 'You Never Walk Alone,' BTS has made strides on American music charts. In particular, they've dominated iTunes and the Billboard Top 200, but they've also been mentioned in countless other music ranking lists.
And this doesn't include their sold-out world tour.
Even in May, BTS is taking the lead on Billboard's listings...
Such impressive numbers naturally earned recognition from Billboard.
BTS was nominated for as "Top Social Artist(s)" alongside the likes of top-selling American artists, such as: Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Selena Gomez and Shawn Mendes.
Though some wondered how a K-pop boyband would stack up against such big names, BTS fans, also known as the "ARMY," heard the call and have ecstatically voted for the group they love so much. And after news broke that BTS would attend the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas, the ARMY relentlessly showed their support.
