You're fun and willing. Hanging out with you can lead to anything. During a steady state 6k, you can jam out to your favorite throwback songs or some strong women while getting in those meters. People love spending time with you when they want to hang out and relax or if they spontaneously want to go hike Marcy. You're down for anything because Hey! Why not??

Steady State 6k

This workout is loved my many and hated by few, but that doesn't mean you are! Your personality is intense and fast paced. Don't be surprised if not everyone can keep up with you. But you also love relaxing and rest from time to time. It surely is exhausting to be going at your pace all the time. It's not unlikely for you to be found taking power naps from time to time, but don't worry! You'll be right back up again in no time!

Erg Golf might get a bad rep, but think about it...once you complete it, you've never felt stronger. (Well, maybe once you're on hour four of your Dana sit and begging someone to get you more blue Powerade...) You may look at your life hesitantly, but you complete any obstacle thrown at you. You're stronger than you think, sweatheart. Don't keep doubting yourself.

According to Jewish law, once something is done three times, we are connected to it and connected to this world. You are so deeply invested in the team, the team culture, and each member. You go into practice excited to see your friends and even more excited to work out beside them. You treat your teammate's 2K PR's as your own, cheering them on through it and celebrating with them afterwards.

It's Monday. You walk into practice dazed, confused, and just dreading the Rowing Combos that await you in the afternoon. But there is one thing you're certain about...today's workout. You're dependable and always there for people. Though you might see your worst qualities as predicable and boring, that's exactly what people love about you, so don't keep putting yourself down for that. People turn to you when they need something because they can trust you!
