* This episode has a masterclass that I probably wont watch too intensely.
* The masterchef house looks fancy af.
* Jess dramatically goes through her art cooking journal on her Ikea bunk bed. #deep
* Legit some of the guys only have one backpack for their stuff. Is that all y'all brought???
* George said elevated in a weird way. Like he read it in the script but wasn’t sure how to pronounce it and they didn't have time todo another take.
* MMmm Pia is essentially making the guacamole and salsa chips Maccas were selling for awhile. #NotMad
* Arum seems to know a lot about frying chips.
* Ben has selected the incorrect potato for his chips. Not like the whole challenge is based on the chips. #nervous
* Eloise’s plan is to get the judges crunk off whiskey.
* Jess is making salt and vinegar chips. I literally couldn't think of anything worse.
* Michelle is a bit of a mess at the moment. With 15 minutes to go she throws away her chips because they are too oily. Stressed for her.
* Josh’s chips are soggy. Into the elimination round 2 he goes with Michelle and Ben.
* I honestly really like soggy chips. lol.
* A bunch of people are realising the oven hasn't cut it on tonights episode.
* Also I don’t know if a deep fryer can be considered a home cooking appliance.
* I think George's right amount of heat is the amount of heat you find in an avocado.
* Hmm they are trying the chips at the benches and there has been no cleaning up. I guess they wanted the chips to still have a little bit of warmth in them.
* Josh has nice hair.
* Jess should have put her bag of chips out.
* I walked away to make a Mastercehf quality dessert of peanut butter on digestive biscuit.
* But I did call the people in the elimination so that’s cool.
* Mmm vegetarian food is being produced by Michelle.

* OMG JOSH actually listens to the judges. First time for any contestant in the masterchef kitchen.
* I don’t think a potato ricer can be considered a "home" cooking utensil. Give him that weird bent fork we all have.
* I am now going to predict who goes home by seeing who is the most sad in the post production shots.
* Jess looks pretty sad, Michelle seems ok, Ben is hard to read because his whole personality seems pretty fake, I think Josh is misdirecting us with his incorrect cooking.

* She is currently on the floor drinking water. Seems stressful.

* Anyway. The real competition is over.
* Tonights episode was pretty exciting. Not predictable which I enjoyed.
