Here are the top 10 most well-read cities in America, according to Amazon. These cities showed the highest book, magazine, and newspaper sales in both print and Kindle formats, from April 2015 to April 2016, on a per capita basis. Did your city make the list?

#1 Seattle, Washington

Seattle is America’s most well-read city for two years in a row, according to Amazon.

#2 Portland, Oregon

Portland, Oregon, is number two in 2015 and again this year.

#3 Washington, D.C.

The U.S. capital jumped from number five in 2015 to number three this year.
