    7. A TRX all-in-one suspension system because this thing lets you exercise pretty much every single muscle group in a way that's challenging and effective, no matter what your skill level is. 11. A speed jump rope for aspiring or dedicated CrossFit folks looking to perfect their double-unders from the basement or backyard. Just be warned — it's so fun you might not want to stop!

    12. Or, a digital jump rope if you want to track your progress as you jump. This is a more traditional style jump rope, although equally as fun, only it counts your number of skips and calories burned.

Promising review: "I bought this thanks to a TikTok influencer, and honestly, I'm glad I did. I wanted a way to exercise that was both fun and did not include going into a gym, and a jump rope seemed the perfect solution. I love the counter — that was the draw — but it also counts your calories and the amount of time that you've spent jumping to track your progress. I will say jumping rope is not as easy as I remember as a child, but I'm excited to continue using this product and get better and better at it. Definitely worth the purchase." —Nicole Osti

    13. A Les Mills+ subscription for anyone who loves engaging group exercise classes...except for the whole "group" part. With this, you can enjoy a whole variety of their expert-led signature classes, including bodypump, step, combat, barre, and more, all from you own living room! Plus, it's probably even cheaper than that expensive gym membership.

    14. A set of basic dumbbells if you're new to strength training or need some smaller weights for virtual exercise classes, like Les Mills. These are very beginner-friendly!

    15. A compact elliptical if you want a fun cardio machine that'll actually motivate you to get off the couch and get moving but won't take up too much space in your home.

    16. A mini stair stepper that will engage your back, core, and leg muscles all while getting that heart rate up — and if you want to train your arms too, you can use the detachable resistance bands to add some arm curls! Plus, the LED display screen will track your steps and calories as you work out.

    17. A squat machine if you're looking for those booty ~gainz~ but really don't have the time, energy, or patience to go use a squat rack at the gym. This makes it super simple to target those glute muscles with proper form. And in case you were wondering, it can also be used to train other body parts too, like arms and core.

    18. A set of color-coded resistance bands so you can get a tough "lifting" session in at home. The door jam makes it easy to use the bands in ways that mimic gym machines and since each band is a different level of resistance, you can adjust to make sure you're hitting optimal progressive overload.

    19. A pair of adjustable ankle weights to make those home workouts just that extra touch more challenging. Reviewers use them for leg and arm exercises, pool aerobics, walking, and more!

    21. A weighted hoop if you're the type of person that just can't get behind planks, crunches, and traditional core exercises. Just swinging this around your hips a few times will give you that same burn, only it'll actually be fun!

    22. A foldable treadmill that you can even slide under your desk for a bit of walking and working, AKA no more excuses for not moving your body just because you didn't have time to make it to the gym. If you're feeling extra energetic, pop up the riser bar to run!

Promising review: "I purchased this to pair with my at-home office set up. I've been working remote for two years and sitting in a desk is terrible. That said, a reason I'm giving this review is that I gained a little weight and wanted to get in shape in a flexible and sustainable way instead of the fad diet route. The GoPlus allows me to keep moving while I get what I need done — done. Biggest bonus is that it's light, easy to move, easy to set up, and I can transition between standing, walking, and sitting easily throughout my day. Would 100 percent recommend. This equipment has been a huge benefit and I'm glad I made the jump." —Kayla Andrews

    23. Or! A rolling desk bike with eight resistance settings if you'd prefer to pedal away the workday instead. The desk surface is perfect for typing emails and getting stuff done, and since the bike itself is pretty quiet, your coworkers won't even notice that you're working out on the team's call (unless they see you sweating, that is).

Promising review: "As many other folks have experienced, my team transitioned from working in an office setting to working remotely from home. For the most part, work productivity has increased, which has been a real plus; however, as far as my physical well-being, I felt like I was in the worst shape of my life. I happened to come across an ad for this TikTok desk bike and decided to make the purchase. What a little treasure! I am currently typing this review while I’m pedaling and have burned 680 calories since my first Zoom meeting this morning and it’s only noon. Buy it, you won’t be disappointed!!!" —Annie

    24. A bio-based cork yoga mat since the unique cork surface and plant foam cushioning make it super nonslip, odor-free, and highly sustainable! Definitely a worthy investment if you, like me, incorporate an at-home yoga practice into your weekly (or daily!) routine. Although, there's no reason you can't bring this to studio sessions too.

    25. An interactive Plankpad because strengthening your core feels a whole lot less impossible when you can play fun little video games as you hold that plank — which is exactly what this board is designed for! BRB, gonna go break the world record for longest plank (JK...unless).

    26. A Bosu Balance Trainer because this little half exercise ball is deceptively difficult. The added challenge of having to balance and stabilize your core makes push-ups, squats, planks, and other movements so much harder. I've repeatedly fallen over like a fool using one of these, so definitely prefer to use it at home, alone. 😅

    27. A portable rowing machine so you can pretend you're racing to the finish line of the Head of the Charles Regatta — and then promptly fold it up, tuck in the corner of the room, and get to work! We love a fast and efficient full-body home workout.
