Name the WOD that's written on the whiteboard:
If you manage to get through the 100 pull-ups without ripping your hands, the 100 push-ups are sure to have you writhing on the floor in no time.
If you've ever done this, you know those box jumps get HARD in the fifth round, when your legs feel like they weigh one million pounds.
Props to anyone who can actually do this as prescribed... 82 bodyweight bench presses is A LOT.
More like ~Jacked~ and Diane, amirite?
Good luck to your shoulders the day after doing this one Rx.
What's REALLY CRAZY is that there are people who do this one completely unbroken. Uhhmmm.....
LOL, come on. This is CrossFit, not Top Gun.
That 90 second rest is not a SUGGESTION, btw. (You know who you are.)
Super mega bonus points if you got the right answer AND the reference.
Handstand push-ups AND regular push-ups in the same WOD is pretty rude, but it's a great workout nonetheless.
It's like Fran, but worse.
xoxo, your shoulders after this workout.

Nasty is RIGHT, dude.
If you guessed "Cindy," you were ~almost~ right. Same rep scheme, bigger challenge.
Stay on that barbell as long as you can.
Maybe the most classic WOD of all, Fran is short but definitely not sweet.
