Unless otherwise specified, all sizes in this post are listed in women's.
1. An incredibly nonconstrictive dress that'll pretty much feel like you're wearing nothing...which is ultimately the goal if you're hypersensitive to the heat.
2. An off-the-shoulder romper because in this kind of heat we can't risk having any type of material touching our armpits. Luckily, this romper has a flowy upper that'll let em' breathe.
3. A beachy midi skirt made from a linen-blend, in case you prefer your legs covered but also prefer not passing out from heat stroke. This lightweight material will keep you ~breezy.~
4. A pair of wide-leg linen pants that'll 1. keep you cool because of the lightweight material and 2. not pin your thighs against each other.
5. A crochet cover-up skirt so you can walk into all the beachside cafes and stores with a strict "no shirt, no shoes, no service" policy. I'm pretty sure that also includes "no pants," but I think we found the loophole.
6. A two-piece maxi skirt set because it's hard to look put-together on a scorcher...well, used to be hard — this breezy skirt and off-the-shoulder smocked top make it easy.
7. A pair of drawstring shorts that give you the ~cool~ and comfortable benefits of athletic wear but are way too stylish to actually be considered that. This just in: you do not have to suffer chafing in the name of fashion.
8. A loose fit cropped tank because anything skin-tight is a no-go in sweat-inducing weather.
9. A pair of short overalls you can wear over your bikini for the most laidback vacay look known to earth. And you really will be laidback — loose-fitting denim draped over your swimsuit is both literally and figuratively cool.
10. A straw bucket hat because the sun beating down on your head, literally heating up your hair is a different level of discomfort that we no longer have to endure.
11. A pair of thin strappy sandals so your feet are secure yet exposed — able to catch any drift of a cool breeze there might be. And although all sandals are technically a summer shoe, we (unfortunately) know the uncomfortable feeling of sweat being trapped under thick straps. Well, no more, we're putting our foot down. (Ba dm tsss)
12. A one-piece made from "crinkle" stretch knit fabric so you're not confined by the usual skin-sticking, not breathable, nylon material found in most swimsuits.
13. A loose-fit jumpsuit that's the perfect after-beach, summer loungewear outfit you'll actually be able to relax in.
14. An off-the-shoulder mini dress you won't have any problem wearing around all day in the summer sun. It's made from a lightweight woven material to keep you comfortable and bonus: no strappy tan lines!
15. A cropped tweed blazer that'll have you looking effortlessly elegant while everyone around you is, well, fallen victim to the heat. Not you, though.
16. A tie-back crop top because back sweat is arguably one of the worst parts of summer. Plus, the open back is quite the look, so you may as well go ahead and air it out!
17. A sleeveless chambray romper so you can take advantage of the summer farmer's market and walk around comfortably for hours and hours without feeling even an ounce of heat-induced agitation.
18. A smocked tube top because if not now, when? Tube top season is about to be in full-swing and I need you to get on board. Trust me, you won't regret it.
19. A crochet cover-up dress that'll make the trek to the ocean a much more enjoyable experience. You'll be able to appreciate your scenic surroundings instead of dropping your towel at any random spot because you can't walk in the heat a second longer.
20. A floral maxi dress with slits and cut-outs in all the right places. If there's a breeze, you'll be able to catch it and if there isn't, no fear — the sashaying of the flowy fabric will act as a fan to keep you cool.
21. A button-up top for a polished look that says "I cannot be phased by the absurdly high humidity percentage."
22. A T-shirt dress because on the hottest days of the year all you want to wear is your favorite loose-fitting tee without pants. Now you can (and look a little more presentable, too.)
23. A maxi dress with a relaxed fit for a relaxed, sun-kissed you to flaunt at any and every summer event you have planned.
24. A strapless jumpsuit because it combines the convenience of a romper with the freedom of a tube top... AKA the perfect recipe for a ~carefree summer.~
25. A ruffled halter dress for a boho look that'll actually have you feeling like a ~free-spirit.~ You won't just look the part.
26. A pair of denim shorts because it simply wouldn't be summer without them. These are made from a stretchy denim so they won't be clingy and uncomfortable.
27. A crochet halter top so you can actually enjoy the music at the summer festival you anxiously awaited, instead of focusing on the sweat dripping down your back.
28. A cutout flutter sleeve mini dress for a dainty look and an airy feel that'll simply have you ~floating.~
29. A collared button-down dress in case your desk is at the unfortunate corner of the office where the air conditioner doesn't hit.
30. A front-knot romper with cutouts that offer a little bit of airflow. The rest of it offers pure convenience. You'll probably just wear this every day of the summer, tbh.
