BuzzFeed Not only did they have to learn the routine, but they had to teach their coworkers how to do it, too. They learned the dance fitness routine from Caleb Marshall, who goes by "The Fitness Marshall" on YouTube. BuzzFeed Both Maya and Selorm were trying to be sexy and comfortable, but it wasn't exactly translating with this particular dance routine...yet. BuzzFeed Hey, this was their first day. By the next day, the ladies were doubting themselves. They worried they would look stupid in front of their coworkers. BuzzFeed Oh, and Curly was absolutely no help. LOL! Selorm practiced. Hard. BuzzFeed By day four, Selorm went to look for help with shaking her booty. The following day, Maya and Selorm got a morale boost from The Fitness Marshall himself, who told them he can't copy someone when he watches them dance. BuzzFeed Instead, he gets a general idea of how someone is moving to the music, and just lets his body do its thing. When it was time for the ladies to teach their coworkers the dance, they were ready. BuzzFeed Although it seemed like a piece of cake at first, their coworkers quickly learned they would be working up a sweat. BuzzFeed Not only did everyone do great, but they had fun doing dance fitness, too.
