Prehistoric Pride

On Saturday, December 3rd, The New Jersey State High School Football Championship Central Group II games were held at Kean University. The second game of the night featured the Manasquan Warriors against the Bernardsville Mountaineers. The final score of the game was 42-6, Manasquan with the win. Although Manasquan may have taken home a huge win, throughout the course of the game, the halftime show performed by the Manasquan Warrior Marching Band was stolen by their prehistoric fan.

During the halting show, the Warrior Band was given a surprise visual performance to enhance their rendition of John Williams 'Jurassic Park' theme. While the band hit the main melody of the iconic tune, Chloe Brenna, 14, of Point Pleasant Beach High School took to the track surrounding the field to run in front of the student section. Needless to say, the performance was well received.
