Keke Palmer appeared to respond to her boyfriend's comment about the "booty cheek"-baring outfit she wore to an Usher concert this week.
If you missed it, the singer wore this sheer black dress with a body-hugging bodysuit underneath and matching black heels.
While many fans loved the look, her boyfriend, Darius Jackson, seemed to think it was inappropriate. He wrote in a since-deleted tweet: "This outfit tho...you a mom."
Despite the ongoing backlash on social media, the fitness instructor also doubled down on his stance. "This is my family & my representation," he said in a follow-up post, adding that he has certain "standards & morals" that he feels should be upheld.
He and Keke ended up unfollowing each other amid the drama, and now, it appears that she's also made a subtle comment about it on Instagram.
Keke shared a post of her holding their son, Leodis, and wrote in the caption: "One thing is certain and one thing is true, IM A MOTHA, through and through!" She also shared that she'll be creating shirts saying, "IM A MOTHA" and "Stevie to the bullshit."
She then talked about how much she's changed since having a baby and how her son has "empowered" her: "On such another level, my perspective changed because when my baby is good I'm GREAT! Look at that face! Gratitude galore."
Then on TikTok, Keke shared a video, where she dances along to the words, "You ain't stopping what's going on with me, sweetheart. So, if you about to act up, I'm 'bout to link up."
