Bella said she'll usually try to combat her anxiety by affirming herself, but that's not always successful. "[It] usually doesn't work because I just have so much anxiety. Like, the only thing I can think about is my anxiety."

"But what I wanted to show you is, like, how stupid I feel sometimes when I'm laying here and I don't believe it," she continued. "I was just doing it when I woke up and then I was like, 'Let me show them how I feel too.' 'Cause I'll literally be like, ‘You're gonna have an amazing day today, Bella. You're not gonna let your anxiety overrule you today, Bella. You are loved. You are loved. You are loved, Bella. Not everyone hates you.'"

"I struggle so much with my anxiety and literally just being a human being," she added. "Like, I don't feel like I can handle it 99% of the time. But then there's, like, that 1% and sometimes it's just worth it."

Bella said she sometimes finds relief through her work since accomplishments make her "feel better." But she also realizes that this is "so unhealthy."

"So, I'm trying to just make myself feel better naturally," she said, before sharing that this time, she was gonna go journal and make some mud water.
