Multiple sources confirmed the news this week to People and Entertainment Tonight. According to one insider, the two started dating after Ariana and Dalton quietly split earlier this year.
“Ariana and Dalton separated in January," the source said. "She and Ethan recently began dating, and he is separated from his wife."
The news comes just days after it was reported that Ariana and Dalton had separated after a two-year marriage. A source told Entertainment Tonight the relationship had been "rocky at different points" and noted that the couple had "trouble making time for each other with scheduling issues." But they also said that the pair was "quietly and lovingly working on their friendship."
Ariana started filming Wicked last year, where she'll be playing Glinda the Good Witch. Ethan, for his part, will be playing Boq. He's also probably best known for portraying SpongeBob in SpongeBob SquarePants: The Broadway Musical.
