Jessica Leigh Clark-Bojin is a Vancouver-based, self-taught baker who makes the most incredible pies you have ever seen!
Let's take a look at her amazing pies, starting with a Halloween-inspired pie that you'll surely be spooked out by. Between the pumpkins and creepy intricate smile, I'm honestly impressed!
This monster pie is perfect for spooky season as well. As grouchy as this pie looks, it's equally adorable!
Since Jessica's started posting her pies on Instagram, she's gotten rave reviews from commenters! When asked how it has been to hear such positive feedback, Jessica told BuzzFeed, "It is so encouraging and heartwarming to hear such kind things about my work from total strangers around the world."
Jessica said she quickly realized how pie, art, and baking could bring people from all different and diverse backgrounds together, saying, "anything that has that power — especially today — is pretty special."
She said that, aside from hearing the lovely comments, what makes her happiest is seeing other people tag her in their own version of pies after watching her tutorials.
"Nothing brings joy more than spreading joy to other people, and reading letters and posts from bakers telling me I encouraged them to try something new and find a new passion is what gets me out of bed in the morning."

And if you're vegan (like me), you'll be glad to know Jessica created her first vegan pie recipe. After going back and forth on how to create it, she said that she "finally came up with a recipe using almond milk that is super flakey, has great color, and tastes delicious."
