Tentree Has Launched A Limited National Geographic Collection And We Are *Hyped*

We're here to make good things happen for our planet and its wildlife.

I love shopping for clothes and it's super unfortunate that the reality of fast fashion is making me want to do it less. But that's why companies like Tentree are so awesome: they make (eco)conscious choices so that you can feel good about what you're wearing and where your money is going.

If you haven't heard of them, Tentree is a Canadian brand that focuses their efforts on making "earth-first" apparel. They use sustainable materials like organic cotton, hemp, recycled polyester, and TENCEL, which is a super comfy fibre made from wood pulp that comes from natural forests and ethical plantations.

Basically, they're all about creating stylish, wearable pieces in an ethical way while minimizing their impact on the environment. By doing this, they're also raising awareness about how fast fashion clogs up landfills and threatens our planet's lifespan.

As for where you and I come in ... well, we're able to make a difference just by shopping! Because Tentree will plant ten trees for every single purchase made. In fact, since they first popped up as a little seedling brand ten years ago, they've planted over 77 million trees!

On top of that, they've now teamed up with National Geographic for a second time to bring us a limited edition line that celebrates Earth's wildlife.

Each design is inspired by iconic National Geographic photos and hand painted by Tentree's in-house illustrator. To make it even more special, every critter featured is a species that you'll be helping with your purchases.

Now, animal welfare is super important to me, so I am really excited about this. In fact, I've already shopped the whole line and have included some recommendations to help get your cart started. This unisex long-sleeve tee, for example, will be perfect for lounging in on chillier days.

Tentree's bestselling sweatpants emblazoned with the iconic National Geographic logo that you won't even feel bad for leaving the house in (you did buy them for a good cause).

And this pair of soft 100% organic cotton shorts for when the weather finally permits you to show some leg.

Like with their standard lines, there's something your lil' ones, too (so y'all can match 😍). Plus, it's never too early to start teaching our future leaders the importance of saving the environment.

Just a reminder that everything in the collection is limited edition and will only be available for a short time!

While you're there, don't forget to take a gander at Tentree's regular apparel for some more fantastic finds.

Their goal is 1 BILLION trees by 2030. We can do our parts by wearing our support on our sleeves (literally), instead of this bonkers strategy:
