"Yes, these are great for cooking food, but I actually purchased them to bake polymer clay earrings on. I love that they save me from scrubbing down my pans between baking and art projects. Of course, I give 'em a quick rinse, but they really make clean up a breeze." —Alice Prendergast

Okay, ngl, I was not that excited about these. I just didn't think they would do anything, and it was mostly a last resort because my back pain was becoming unbearable. Either I had to upgrade my sit-uation with a new chair, or try this Everlasting Comfort cushion set. Since I'm constantly travelling back and forth between two countries, the former wasn't really a practical option. So, cushions it was. On the first day, I actually felt less comfortable (albeit not in pain ...). While I dejectedly browsed Herman Millers that were way outside my budget, everything changed. Being memory foam, I realized it'd needed time to expand and form to my body. My back pain vanished. I could wash two dishes and not keel over in agony. And they're so light and easy to bring around. I also didn't feel like I needed the lumbar pillow as much, but it turned out to be quite handy. Because I sit cross-legged in my chair, it gives me something to lean on without slouching and messing up the good posture my mother instilled in me. It'd take a good-ass office chair (looking atchu, Herman) to make me put these on a shelf.

My dog, Aiya, has been suffering from teenage acne for the past year. And I mean the poor girl's been covered from head to toe in blackheads, painful cysts, and red, angry bumps ☹️. We've been doing mud masks and hot coconut-oil treatments but still haven't seen major results. Recently, she had a particularly bad flare-up that covered her entire back and legs in crusty, flaky bumps. She's been allergic to foods before, so I decided to try switching that up first. After hours of research, I settled on Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Skin & Stomach. The rave reviews, the fact that it's gluten-free, but not grain-free (we try to avoid peas and potatoes, which are in most grain-free formulas), and the smaller kibble sizes are what sold me. After just a few days of slowly making the swap, I noticed the crusties had begun disappearing. Her skin feels softer and is definitely calming down. Plus, neither she nor my other dog, Yuki, (who both have temperamental digestions) have thrown up since starting on this food, so I'm pretty grateful to not have to wrestle them away from eating their own vomit.
