    Yoga has been very popular in America. Many friends of mine started to practice yoga, I've started my yoga journey since the hot summer. But there are a lot of different yoga types with different functions and each type overweights in one sector. Which type of yoga is the best for you? Here I collect some information from my yoga teacher and wish this could help you.

    Ashtanga Yoga

    Ashtanga Yoga is a very old yoga system with thousands of years of history. It's known for its rigor and science and is also called "power yoga".

    It is a beautifully practiced dynamic exercise that combines posture (position), movement (series position) and concentration (gaze point) with a rhythmic long breathing technique (Ujjayi breath & Convergence).
