1. When, you know, Meredith pulled the plug on Derek without even telling his family before she did it.

"I could understand if they worked some resentment in there, but she 110% blamed Callie for the whole thing. She neglected her daughter, and she blamed Karev for absolutely no reason. And all of this wouldn’t bother me so much if it weren’t for the fact that ARIZONA WAS DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALMOST KILLING CALLIE. She was the one who took her eyes off the road. And not ONCE did Callie, or anyone for that matter, ever (rightfully) blame her. "I hated how they handled the aftermath of Derek’s death. They skipped over it and took us to a year after it happened, giving us no insight on how everyone else at the hospital handled it. Since he was such a big part of the show, I feel as if it was just a big cop out. It could’ve been handled so much better and in so many different ways than the one they chose."
