1. Citrus White Rum Slushy
• Freeze a glass of old-fashioned lemonade in a freezer bag or a half-filled bottle
• Shake or squeeze until slushy and put in a glass
• Pour over a shot of white rum
• Serve
2. Raspberry Caipirinha
• Put around five fresh or frozen raspberries in a glass
• Add one teaspoon or several squeezes of lime juice, and one teaspoon of sugar
• Muddle with a wooden spoon or muddler
• Add one tablespoon of sugar syrup, if required
• Fill the glass with crushed ice, and pour one measure of white rum over the top
3. Strawberry and Basil Frozen Daiquiri
• Pour one glass full of ice cubes in to a blender
• Add one measure of white rum, one tsp of lime juice and one tsp of sugar syrup
• Add three freshly chopped strawberries and a few crushed or torn basil leaves
• Blend and serve
4. Frozen Kiwi Daiquiri
• Follow the above recipe, but use two large, pealed kiwi fruit in place of the strawberries
5. Coconut Breeze
• Crush two tablespoons of blueberries at the bottom of a tall glass
• Add one measure of white rum, then top with coconut water
• Stir in some agave syrup if you'd like it sweeter
6. White Rum, Ginger, And Lime
• Add one measure of white rum to one glass of ginger ale
• Add a squeeze of lime and garnish with ginger slice, lime wedges, and mint
7. White Cuba Libre
• Add one measure of white rum to a tall, cool glass of cola
• Squeeze in some lime and serve
8. Apple Mojito
• Muddle nine mint leaves in the bottom of a glass. Press hard to get the juices out
• Fill the glass with crushed ice and add one shot of white rum
• Add three tablespoons of apple juice and one tablespoon of lime juice
• Serve
9. Grapefruit and Blueberry Mojito
• Follow the above recipe, but muddle four–five blueberries in with the mint leaves, and swap the apple juice with sweetened grapefruit juice
• Add a splash of sugar syrup if the cocktail is too bitter for your tastes
10. Strawberry Mojito
• Follow the above recipe, but switch the blueberries for strawberries and top with soda water
11. White, Pineapple, and Soda
• Add one shot of white rum to an ice-filled glass
• Quarter-fill with soda water, then top up with pineapple juice
12. White Madras
• Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add one-and-a-half shots of white rum
• Add two shots of cranberry juice and two shots of orange juice
• Shake, strain and serve
