Mishka the sea otter is the first of her kind to be diagnosed with asthma after the smoke got a little too thick in Seattle. Luckily, she's learned how to use an inhaler and it's amazingly squeeworthy.
Her trainer decided to use food as a way to help Mishka learn how to use an inhaler. She pushes her nose against the inhaler and breathes in.
And Mishka actually uses the same Flovent medicine as humans do, just in a different way.
Way to go, Mishka!
The otter is inhaling Flovent. An earlier version of this post misstated the medication.
