Slow Cooker Shredded Chicken Sliders
1 onion, sliced
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1½ teaspoon seasoned salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
⅓ cup honey
6 cloves garlic, minced
12 slider buns
1. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and stir until chicken and onions are coated with seasonings.
2. Cook on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked and shreddable.
3. With a set of tongs or two forks, shred the chicken and stir into the juices.
4. Distribute evenly between slider buns.
