White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders responded to questions about federal indictments against former Trump campaign chair Paul Manafort and his business partner Rick Gates for conspiracy against the US. Sanders also dismissed the involvement of George Papadopoulos in Trump’s campaign after revelations that he had also been charged in the special counsel’s probe into Russian interference in the 2016 election.
