INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup fresh mint leaves
½ fresh lemon
2 tablespoons simple syrup
1.5 ounces BULLEIT Bourbon
1.5 ounces freshly brewed iced tea
PREPARATION:
- Using the Bulliet bag and ice mallet, crush 8 large rocks cubes, then set in the freezer.
- Muddle mint leaves.
- Add fresh lemon and simple syrup.
- Add 1 bag of crushed ice (per serving) and top with bourbon and iced tea.
- Garnish with additional lemon and mint.
