Spiked Mint Tea Lemonade

Get down and derby, Kentucky style, with this drink.

INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup fresh mint leaves
½ fresh lemon
2 tablespoons simple syrup
1.5 ounces BULLEIT Bourbon
1.5 ounces freshly brewed iced tea


PREPARATION:

  1. Using the Bulliet bag and ice mallet, crush 8 large rocks cubes, then set in the freezer.
  2. Muddle mint leaves.
  3. Add fresh lemon and simple syrup.
  4. Add 1 bag of crushed ice (per serving) and top with bourbon and iced tea.
  5. Garnish with additional lemon and mint.
  6. Enjoy!
