A ‘Nog with ice cream? You gotta try this! Mix it this season in a Mason Shaker.

Servings: 2

1½ ounces Bulleit Bourbon

1 ounce dark rum

¼ cup milk

½ teaspoon cinnamon

¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

½ cup vanilla ice cream

¼ teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)

Additional nutmeg, for garnish


1. Place two coupe glasses in the freezer to chill.

2. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

3. Strain the eggnog into the frozen coupe glasses.

4. Garnish with an extra pinch of nutmeg.
