Help Harry Escape From The Room!

Cloth is a great insulator (or poor conductor) of electricity. This means electricity won't be able to go through this material that easily.

Cover himself with cloth!

For Harry to escape from this chamber, he first has to go through a room filled with electricity. What should he do before going in?

Surprisingly, aluminium is the safest one, although being an excellent heat conductor. This is because it takes relatively more energy for aluminium(897 J/kg C°) to heat up in comparison to the energy required to heat up glass(792 J/kg C°), gold(129 J/kg C°), and copper(385 J/kg C°).

The aluminium path!

Upon entering the next room, Harry sees fire started burning four paths that lead to the exit. Those paths are made of different materials, so Harry has to react quickly and choose which path is the safest to walk on. Which of the following path should Harry walk on?

Both iron and nickel are attractive to magnets. While copper and aluminium won't be attracted to magnets.

Next, Harry will go through a room which is filled with strong magnets. If Harry have objects that attract to the magnets, he will be stuck to them forever. Which of the following objects must Harry get rid of?  
  
(i) Iron nails  
(ii) Copper chains  
(iii) Aluminium foil  
(iv) Nickel coins  


Density is what makes things float and sink. Higher density means easier to sink. Copper has the highest density of all the options, which is 8960 kg/m^3. Birch wood's density is 6700 kg/m^3. The average density of plastic is 1400 kg/m^3. And glass's density is 2500 kg/m^3. Therefore, copper is the easiest one to sink in this scenario.

In the fourth room, Harry has to go across a pond of magical poison water. There are four platforms floating on the water which can be used to get across. But there is only one platform, in particular, that seems like it will sink if Harry stands on it. Please help Harry identify which type of platform is the LEAST safe to stand on.

Harry Potter successfully went through all the rooms without getting injured and he's on his way to escape!

When Harry jumps off the broom, he still has the momentum to keep going forwards. He has to jump off the broom before he reaches the hole, so he lands in it.

The floor cracked open and left small hole on the ground. Harry needs to jump off his broom to get through the hole. Tap on the correct Harry to show if he should jump before he's over the hole, when he's right on top of the hole, or after he passing the hole.

It's the **fastest speed possible**...If you could travel at the speed of light, you could go around the Earth 7.5 times in one second!!!!

Harry is trapped in a room with walls closing in. Stop Harry from being squeezed by tapping on the tool that can trigger the sensor at the end of the room the quickest.

When light is reflected by a mirror, the angle of incidence (i) is **equal** to angle of reflection (r). 

For the laser beam to reach the sensor, it has to be reflected by a mirror. Click on the letter showing the right direction of the reflected beam. 

Too bad...
