    Maintaining Your Spring Break Bod

    Did you work hard to achieve your ideal spring break bod? Read for tips and tricks to sustain that hot bod throughout the week you've been anticipating all year!

    Ok, so you've lost all four pounds and have officially achieved your goal weight for Spring Break 2017. You've picked out the most perfect outfits, bathing suits, and super cute pairs of shoes. You're all ready to get on the road, it's 12:15 p.m. and your stomach starts to growl...

    Oh, look! Theres a McDonalds, a Chick Fil A, and a Wendy's-- what's your next move?

    Do not let fast food restaurants scare you girls! Let's say you have friends that are more fortunate than you and can eat whatever they want and not gain an ounce *eye rolls*, so they decide to pull into Chick Fil A. Instead of getting the spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles the you really want, you get decide to starve yourself with a fruit cup and an ice water. NOPE, wrong. You can still have a delicious meal with very few calories.

    Every fast food restaurant has a pamphlet with calories that each menu item possesses, so ask for it. You see that the grilled nuggets with a side salad are low enough in calories that you can even splurge on a soda (diet of course). After all, it is vacation!

    So now, you get to our destination and you see buffets of food, cocktails loaded with sugar, and the cutest little ice cream parlor. Don't panic! Live a little and let yourself have one plate at the buffet instead of three, have a vodka & soda instead of a sugary mixed drink, and get frozen yogurt instead of ice cream.

    One more thing that is extremely easy, and fun to do while on vacation to maintain the body you worked all three months of the year for is walking on the beach. Wake up early and catch the sunrise, or go out later and catch the sunset because they're always better on a beach anyways! Not only is walking good for you, walking in the sand creates an extra workout for your legs and tush. Your legs are working extra hard to carry you through the sinking mess that feels oh so good between your toes, and you don't even realize it because you are so mesmerized by the beautiful view!

    Charlotte chicks, you don't have to worry about gaining the weight back or "doing it all for nothing". These are simple and effective ways to maintain your perfect spring break body while staying healthy and active!
