The Oblivious Runner

11:13 AM on 11/13 at Pier 13 in Hoboken, NJ I proposed to my girlfriend Jenny with the NYC Skyline as a background. The weather was perfect and had everything planned with the family standing by to help surprise her for this special day. Little did we know some random person running right through the middle of the staged area would soon be the highlight of the day!

At about the 1:00 minute mark (on the video here: https://youtu.be/TNE1Ow9Q4G0?t=59) you'll see an oblivious runner storm right down the middle of the pier.

We have no idea who she is but would LOVE to find her and cordially invite her to make a grand appearance at our wedding. Preferably right when they introduce the bride and groom for her to burst right in!

Figured we'd have a little fun with this Oblivious Runner and share a collection of photos where she has been spotted before. If you've seen her running at a sidewalk near you, please flag her down!

All kidding aside it was a magical day we will never forget. Wouldn't want it any other way! Thankfully we had another video taken from another vantage point from another family member on the other side of the pier where you can barely see the runner and only hear music in the background. We'll cherish that day forever.
