Everyone needs a little advice, I know your's

Eat A Bunch Of Ice Cream And I'll Tell You What You Need To Hear

People can be their own harshest critic, and you need to stop being so harsh on yourself.

Don't be so hard on yourself.

This isn't an insult, in fact everyone could use some therapy. It is just a tool to help you feel better and be the best you that you can be.

Get therapy

Staying hydrated is so important! If you start drinking more you will be healthier and feel better.

Drink more water

Words have impacts. You might not mean to, but you can sometimes hurt people with your words.

Be more careful about what you say.

I know you are still cringing over that one thing, but I'm here to tell you that you don't have to. You are good.

No one cares about that one time you said that one thing.

Sometimes things don't seem to be going your way but in time they will. I'm not saying to not go out and try to improve, but I am saying don't be discouraged if things aren't working out right away.

Be patient

If people continue to bring you pain, you have no obligation to stay with them. If cutting someone out is that is best for your health, then do it. It is not your responsibility to help or keep company of those who hurt you. You deserve so much better.

Don't keep toxic people in your life

I know it isn't easy, but I know you can do it if you work hard.

Work to stop your bad habit
