A photograph of a snake hiding in a big ol' pile of leaves is currently hurting the eyes of thousands of people as they struggle to find it.

The snake in the picture is a copperhead. It looks like this – so now you know why it's so hard to see.

Thankfully, snake biologist Helen Plyar– who tweeted out the pic in the first place – returned after a few hours to reveal where the snake was. Don't click the picture unless you want to give up looking!
