1 bunch baby peppers

2 bulbs watermelon radishes

1 cantaloupe or honeydew melon

2 plums

2 apricots

1 cucumber

1 baguette

1 cup almonds

8 ounces prosciutto

1 package mini heirloom cherry tomatoes 

8 ounces salami 

PREPARATION

1. Arrange Boursin® Cheese, prosciutto, salami, cantaloupe, apricots, radishes, plums, peppers, cucumber, almonds, baguette, and crackers on a platter or wooden cheese board. Garnish with dill, if desired.

2. Boursin® Stuffed Mushrooms

1 box of Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese

12–15 baby bella mushroom caps

½ pound bacon

1 teaspoon black pepper

¼ cup bread crumbs

Chives 

PREPARATION

1. Preheat oven to 350˚F.

2. Fry and cool bacon according to package directions.

3. Clean mushrooms and remove stems.

4. Finely chop bacon and combine with Boursin® Cheese.

5. Top with bread crumbs. 

6. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden.

7. Top with chopped chives.

3. Boursin® Cucumber and Lox Tea Sandwiches

PREPARATION

1. Slice cucumber and prepare lox.

2. Take a slice of bread slather it with Boursin® Cheese and top with cucumber, followed by lox.

3. Cut into triangles or diagonally. 

4. Boursin® Spring Pea Floral Crostini

1 baguette (about 15 slices)

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/2 tablespoon lemon zest

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1½ cup peas

2 tablespoons olive oil

PREPARATION

1. Preheat oven to 400˚F.

2. Cut baguette into diagonal slices, and brush with olive oil. Place in oven 6–8 minutes until toasted.

3. In a food processor, combine Boursin® Cheese, 1 cup of green peas, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

4. Incorporate the remaining ½ cup of peas, lemon zest, and pepper flakes with a spatula.

5. Spread Boursin® Cheese–pea mixture over toasted bread.

6. Decorate with edible flowers or microgreens. 

Alternative: Sprinkle lemon zest and pepper flakes at the end.

5. Boursin® Baked Spinach Mini Empanadas

5 ounces Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese, room temperature

20 mini empanada discs  

6 cups spinach, chopped

¼ cup onion, chopped 

1 teaspoon garlic, minced

1 egg, beaten 

1 tablespoon heavy cream

PREPARATION

1. Preheat oven to 400˚F.

2. Sauté onions, garlic, and spinach for 6–8 minutes until wilted, let cool slightly.

3. Fold in spinach mixture into Boursin® Cheese, until combined.

4. Fill each disc with about 1 tablespoon of filling, fold in half, and pinch the edges using a fork or fingers until sealed.

5. Combine egg and heavy cream to make an egg wash, and brush empanadas.

6. Bake for on a prepared sheet tray for about 20–25 minutes until golden.

6. Boursin® Esquites

INGREDIENTS

5 ounces Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese, room temperature

4 corn ears (about 2 cups)

¼ cup mayo

1 teaspoon chili powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon jalapeño, seeded, finely chopped 

½ cup cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon lime juice 

1 tablespoon canola oil

PREPARATION

1. Remove kernels from cob. 

2. Heat the oil in a skillet until sizzling. 

3. Add the corn in an even layer and let cook for 3–4 minutes without stirring. Stir once and then leave to cook again, until golden and slightly charred, another 3–4 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together the mayo, Boursin® Cheese, chopped cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and jalapeño.

5. Add the warm corn kernels and stir to combine well. 

6. Top with cheese, additional cilantro, and serve warm, room temperature, or chilled.

7. Boursin® Hasselback Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

5 ounces Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese

4 russet potatoes

¼ cup butter, melted 

Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

1. Preheat oven to 400˚F.

2. Wash and scrub potatoes well, pat dry.

3. Place the potato between two chopsticks, and cut slices spaced about ⅛-inch apart.

4. Brush potatoes with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

5. Place on a prepared baking sheet and bake for about 40 minutes until crispy.

6. Remove from the oven, slightly separate the cuts from the potato, and fill each potato with about 1½ ounces of Boursin® Cheese.

7. Place back into the oven and bake for another 8–10 minutes, until cheese is slightly golden.
