Alexis Rose inspired Piper Bellinger so Annie Murphy is meant for it!

Annie Murphy is an obvious choice. She's cute. She's spunky. She has the comedic chops to make us belly laugh. Annie Murphy would make a great Piper and for good reason. We know she has all the pieces needed for Piper to shine on screen.

To be a little less obvious, my favorite choice is Eliza Taylor for Piper Bellinger

Eliza Taylor played a badass on The 100 for years, so it might be hard to picture it. But Eliza is beautiful and goofy. She brings all the looks of an heiress with all the vibes of a heart of gold. We know she can bring it. They can't cast her as Piper fast enough.

Brendan Taggart is the brooding heartthrob of our dreams so of course it's Brett Dalton.

We all fell in love (so the betrayal was way worse) with Brett Dalton on Agents of Shield. He is a master act of the brooding hero. He's handsome. He wears a beard beautiful. And when he does smile, we all swoon.

Keeping with the theme, Adan Canto may sweep the title for the best Brendan Taggart.

Adan Canto saved lives and politics in Designated Survivor. He was as serious as he was beautiful. He gives the kind of vibe that he would indeed take a bullet for you while also cooking you dinner afterwards. Tell me that doesn't make you melt on the spot.

In a perfect world, Eliza Taylor would already be cast as Piper. And in that perfect world, her irl husband and actor Bob Morley would be her Brendan. Their chemistry is undeniable and Bob can bring the brooding "I must put the women in his life first" energy we all want with such ease. Maybe this movie can be the happy ending they didn't get on the show.

Every Piper needs a Hannah and Hannah is Josephine Langford.

Tessa Bailey herself said she pictured Josephine as Hannah. I can see why. Josephine like Hannah is pretty and understated and calm. She balances both our Piper options wonderfully.

But I still have a preference and that is Haley Lu Richardson as Hannah Bellinger!

Sometimes even the authors get it wrong and I think this may be one of those times. Haley Lu Richardson is my first choice. She's adorable and bubbly but can also be very peaceful and serious. The amount of depth Haley Lu can bring Hannah is just everything.
