What's this Guide For?

Group assignments are easily one of the most frustrating parts of the semester for many people. Unfortunately, outside of university it is unlikely that you'll ever be working on anything alone. Teamwork is a skill that is important throughout our entire lives, and in some ways we should be thankful for the opportunity to practice it now.

That said, the entire process can be exhausting and difficult if you've got a team that doesn't know how to work with each other. This guide is here help assess how well your team works together, and give you tips on how to improve your group dynamic!

How to use this guide!

This guide features 4 mini quizzes to help evaluate how well your group is working together, and how to improve your team's habits for the better.

These quizzes are based off of the 8 major points outlined on the University of Guelph Library Website's article on Group Work. For more information, please visit: http://www.lib.uoguelph.ca/get-assistance/studying/group-work-presentations/group-work
